Join the Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center for the first annual Certificate in Native Plants Program! We’ve partnered with Wild Ones, the Tennessee Valley Chapter and the Tennessee Native Plant Society to create an exciting curriculum!
Students can take ONE class to expand their knowledge base or complete the ENTIRE CURRICULUM!
By completing the full 56 hours of required coursework and 40 hours of community service within 3 years, students will effectively hone knowledge and skills that can be used at home, in the community, and at work.

Good to Know
- Enrolled students are welcome to meet teachers and other students January, 14 at 6 p.m. during Certificate in Native Plants reception.
- After enrollment, you can take one class or all of them. Study at your own pace!
- Members of the Chattanooga Arboretum and Nature Center, Wild Ones—The Tennessee Valley Chapter and Tennessee Native Plant Society will receive discounted rates on classes.
- Classes begin February 1, 2014
How to get started!

- Download our Certificate in Native Plants class list and schedule.
- Call 423-821-1160 Ext. 0 to enroll in the program
- After enrolling, you will receive an email with an attached registration form for the 2014 classes. Fill out the form and mail it back with a check enclosed for the classes you wish to take.
- Attend your classes, and have a blast!
